Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie


Ingredients
  • ½ cup raw oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 1⅓ cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1⅓ cup almond milk or water
  • Agave syrup or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine raw oats, chia seed, almond milk in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight.
  2. Place blueberries, soaked oats, banana, additional almond milk and sweetener in blender. Blend until smooth
